We understand that plans may can change, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or workshop, we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

if you do not show up for your scheduled time and do not notify us in advance, the full payment is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop due to weather, illness, or unforeseen event, you will be notified via email and have the option for a 100% refund or credit toward future session.

Refund processing time

approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
